A clear starting point for your decision. Consultations have a fixed fee. The other fees below are starting amounts, adjusted to the complexity of the matter and the work involved.
Consultations and contracts

Understanding the fees
- All amounts are in Moldovan lei (MDL).
- “From” indicates the minimum fee. The fee for a particular matter depends on its complexity and the amount of work required.
- First-instance proceedings, appeals, and Supreme Court proceedings each have a separate stated fee. A consultation and a court-file review are distinct services.

Questions about fees
Does an online consultation cost more?
No. An online consultation costs MDL 2,000, the same as a regular consultation, and lasts up to one hour.
Does a representation fee cover every court level?
Each fee covers the stated stage: first instance, appeal, or Supreme Court proceedings. The services and fee for a further stage are discussed separately.
