Radu Cotorobai

Education and experience

Radu Cotorobai graduated from the Faculty of Law at Moldova State University in 2016 and completed his master’s degree in Civil Judicial Procedures in 2018. He has worked in legal practice since 2017.

His practice supports companies and entrepreneurs, from structuring contractual and corporate relationships and preventing risks to handling litigation, inspections and criminal cases associated with business activities.

Contracts, corporate law and business advice

He provides ongoing legal assistance to companies, reviews contracts and participates in negotiations. He helps structure shareholder relationships and corporate governance and assesses the risks of operational and strategic decisions.

Commercial disputes, debt recovery and insolvency

He handles contractual and corporate disputes, debt recovery, compensation claims, asset protection and the defence of clients’ interests in insolvency. His practice includes cases with cross-border elements.

Administrative, tax and customs law

He advises on dealings with public authorities, assists during inspections and challenges administrative, tax and customs acts and measures.

Business crime defence

He assesses risks and defends clients in cases involving economic, financial and customs offences, document forgery and other allegations connected with professional or business activities.
